Woc44 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document outlines the terms and rules governing use of the woc44 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using the woc44 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
To use woc44's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- Not be on any list of persons prohibited from using online gambling or entertainment services under local law.
- Acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other individual or entity without our written authorisation.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the woc44 platform. Registering more than one account is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. Users are fully responsible for all activities that take place under their account.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of associated funds. woc44 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time through the Know Your Customer (KYC).
Regarding account security, users are responsible for:
- Keeping their password and login credentials confidential.
- Do not share account access with any other party.
- Notifying woc44 immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.
- Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
Woc44 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to maintain the security of their account.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
Users of the woc44 platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
- Using any automation software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, breach or interfere with the platform's security systems in any way.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner that contradicts the stipulated terms and conditions.
- Registering a fake account or using another person's identity.
Woc44 continuously monitors activity on the platform. Any detected violation will result in immediate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Payment Information, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the woc44 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from legitimate sources and belong to them personally. woc44 does not accept deposits or withdrawals on behalf of third parties.
Regarding the deposit process:
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary depending on the chosen payment method.
- Deposits are typically processed promptly; however, actual processing times depend on the payment method and financial service provider involved.
- Woc44 is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as banks or eWallet providers.
Regarding withdrawals:
- Users must complete identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal can be processed.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or eWallet registered under the same user's name.
- Woc44 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals for security checks or identity verification purposes.
- Any suspicious withdrawal attempts or those linked to unlawful activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, woc44 and its parent company, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings, service interruptions, or technical errors beyond our control.
Woc44 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service disruptions.
Intellectual Property
All content on the woc44 platform, including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, icons, images, and software, is the exclusive property of woc44 or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

These links are provided solely for user convenience. woc44 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Use of third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Woc44 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breaches of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, legal compliance requirements, or requests from authorities. Where an account is closed due to a user's breach, woc44 reserves the right to forfeit any associated balance at our discretion.

Changes to These Terms
Woc44 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this platform. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from use of the woc44 platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute may be referred to an appropriate dispute resolution forum under applicable law.
